As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Double Zero Athletics focuses on creating opportunities for youth who may otherwise lack access to athletic guidance and positive recreational activities during a critical period in their lives.

The data reveals a troubling pattern for Cocoa High School. While both Brevard County and the statewide average maintain consistently high graduation rates—hovering near 90% every year—Cocoa High School lags far behind and shows significant instability.
Cocoa’s graduation rate drops from about 80% in 2019–20 to a low of roughly 68% in 2021–22, marking a steep decline during a period when county and state performance remained strong. Although there is a slight uptick in the two most recent years, Cocoa still ends at only about 72%, leaving an alarming gap of nearly 20 percentage points between the school and the rest of the county and state.
Overall, the graph highlights persistent underperformance at Cocoa High School and underscores how far the school remains from meeting broader district and statewide outcomes. Our goal at Double Zero Athletics is to help drive positive results to Cocoa through athletics.
